Base Maintenance
Services We Offer

From periodic maintenance packages to structural repairs, painting to interior refurbishment, all our base maintenance services are delivered at international standards.

B-Check Maintenance

Mid-level maintenance package performed at 6-8 month intervals: detailed inspection of flight control surfaces, landing gear examination, engine mount point checks and cabin systems testing.

C-Check Maintenance

Comprehensive maintenance package performed at 18-24 month intervals: disassembly and inspection of major aircraft sections, structural examination, corrosion control, system tests and certification renewal.

D-Check Maintenance

The most comprehensive maintenance level: removal of all panels, full structural examination, wiring and plumbing checks, renewal of all systems. A detailed overhaul process averaging 4-6 weeks.

Structural Repairs

Damage detection and repair: crack repair, panel replacement, corrosion removal, structural reinforcement and STC applications. Performed with manufacturer-approved materials and procedures.

Exterior Painting

Professional aircraft painting services: paint stripping, surface preparation, primer and topcoat application, custom design and livery applications. Paint systems compliant with manufacturer specifications.

Interior Refurbishment

Cabin interior renovation: seat upholstery renewal, carpet and wall covering replacement, lighting system modernization, galley and lavatory refurbishment, IFE system installation and cabin configuration changes.

AOG Support

24/7 AOG support line for urgent needs arising during base maintenance. Minimum downtime with spare parts procurement and technical team mobilization.

Base Maintenance covers comprehensive maintenance activities performed in the hangar at specific flight hour or calendar intervals. At Falcon Aerospace, we provide all periodic maintenance packages from B-Checks to D-Checks, structural repairs, painting and interior refurbishment services under our EASA Part-145 and SHY-145 certifications at our modern Istanbul-based hangars. Our hangar has the capacity to service 3 business jets simultaneously and is fully equipped for Bombardier Challenger, Global, Hawker and Embraer Legacy series aircraft.

Comprehensive C-Check maintenance with simultaneous cabin renovation project. All cabin upholstery, lighting and galley systems were renewed in a 6-week process.
