AOG Response Team Expands to 24/7 Triple-Shift Coverage
Our Aircraft on Ground desk now runs three rotating shifts with on-call type-rated engineers across Bombardier, Hawker and Embraer fleets.
Tripled AOG coverage
Effective this month, our Aircraft on Ground (AOG) desk is staffed across three rotating shifts — putting a type-rated engineer on the phone within 30 minutes, any day of the year.
What changed
- Triple-shift rotation for line engineers across Bombardier, Hawker, and Embraer.
- A dedicated AOG dispatch line with priority routing to a senior on-call lead.
- Expanded on-site parts inventory for the most common AOG-driving line replaceable units.
For operators, this means less time waiting and a faster path back into service. The AOG number stays the same — call us any time.
